Material shortcomings

It cannot withstand large loads. The CNC machining is average, and the thread durability is limited.

Recommended description

6063-T6 maintains excellent extrusion formability and first-class anodized appearance while having a higher strength than 6063-T5. It has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for extruded structural components with complex cross-sections, high appearance requirements, and moderate load-bearing capacity.
