We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts: •Processing time: Because the PCB is customized product, the production time is given in the review design file. •Shipping time: According to logistics methods, item weight, country, calculate shipping cost and shipping time.You can use the online quote to choose the logistics method to get the shipping cost. PCBWay offers flexible shipping methods for our customers, you may choose from one of the methods below.

1. DHL: DHL offers international express services in over 220 countries.
DHL partners with PCBWay and offers very competitive rates to customers of PCBWay.
It normally takes 3-7 business days for the package to be delivered around the world.
DHL Pickup schedule : 12:00 and 18:00~18:30 (UTC+8). Twice every single day but sunday or holidays.There was a pickup on American Line at 8-9 p.m
DHL Express Billing Services
DHL Express offers door-to-door transportation services and various Duties & Taxes Billing Services independent of the Incoterms® indicated on the commercial invoice.
One such service is the Duty Tax Paid (DTP) Billing Service, available independently from the Incoterm® indicated on the Commercial Invoice. DHL pays applicable import duties and taxes to local customs authorities and then invoices the shipper's account. This ensures that the receiver is not approached for payment upon delivery, creating a positive customer experience.
Receivers:
Be aware that once the shipper requests DHL to bill import duties and taxes to a specific account, the receiver will not be charged upon delivery.
DHL may contact receivers for necessary information or clarification to clear shipments, regardless of the Incoterm® used.

2. UPS: UPS gets the facts and figures about the world's largest package delivery company and one of the leading global providers of specialized transportation and logistics services.
It normally takes 3-7 business days to deliver a package to most of the addresses in the world.

3. Global Standard Shipping, Global Direct Shipping: Global Standard Shipping & Global Direct Shipping is available in more than 50 countries.
It logistics is cheap, can track the logistics, the service is also superior to the air packet,
the packet loss rate is better than the air packet, the time is generally 8-13 working days.

4. EMS: EMS also offers international express services worldwide. EMS partners with USPS in USA.
It normally takes 15-30 business days to deliver a package to most of the addresses in the world.

5. FedEx: FedEx offers delivery solutions for customers around the world.
It takes 4-7 business days to deliver the packages to the hands
of our customers.
FedEx Pickup schedule : 16:30 (UTC+8). Once every single day but sunday or holidays.

6. SF Express/PostNL International Mail/E-packet/USPS/China Post/OCS: SF Express Provide you with a door-to-door standard express service characterized by "better price, stable transit time and wide service coverage.In Southeast Asia, the prescription is very fast usually only a few days.OCS can also be very fast in only a few days.
PostNL International Mail/E-packet/USPS/China Post is a good solution for customers who either do not have a tight schedule for the PCBs or need to save on the shipping.
It normally takes 15-30 business days to deliver the package.

7. Air, Sea/air and Sea: If your order is of large volume with PCBWay, you can also choose
to ship via air, sea/air combined and sea when necessary.

Orders Combination, Shipping and Payment Policy One Payment, One Shipment!

1. The purpose of order combination is to save shipping cost. If your schedule for your PCBs is not TIGHT, combine your orders and ship together.
2. By combining all these orders to one Group and pay now, you hereby confirm all these orders will be shipped together around xx, xx, xxxx. This is the date that we can finish your last PCB order in this ORDER GROUP, and we may need some extra time for express company to pick up your package.
3. If there exists expedited order(s), or you need some regular order(s) to be shipped earlier, please tick the order(s) and pay separately so that we can ship as scheduled for the specific order(s).
4. We strongly suggest you pay for your orders on or before 8:30GMT, so that our factory can start fabrication the same day immediately.
5. By ticking in the box under the “Payment” button on the webpage, it means that you have read and accepted “Orders Combination, Shipping and Payment Policy”.
