UFSH220
Material type: UV-curable resin / Photopolymer (for SLA)
UFSH220 is a high-performance UV-curable resin for SLA 3D printing. It is engineered for applications requiring exceptional thermal stability, with a heat deflection temperature reaching 227°C after simple post-treatment and an upper limit temperature exceeding 250°C. It also offers excellent accuracy, reliable surface quality, and good mechanical properties, making it suitable for demanding environments such as wind tunnels, impellers, motors, and rapid molds.

Material Color
Yellow (after heat treatment)
Material advantages
Exceptional heat resistance: HDT > 220°C (up to 227°C at 0.455 MPa), with an upper temperature limit exceeding 250°C. Excellent stiffness: Flexural modulus of 4321 MPa. Moderate toughness: Balanced mechanical properties with impact strength of 16 J/m. Superior accuracy and surface quality: Ideal for applications requiring high precision and reliable surface finish. Fast and easy processing: Compatible with large-format SLA printers for efficient production.
Material shortcomings
Brittleness: Like most rigid UV-curable resins, it is more brittle than thermoplastics like PA12 or PA12+GF, making it less suitable for parts requiring high impact resistance or flexibility. Post-treatment required: Heat deflection temperature of 227°C is achieved only after simple post-treatment (e.g., thermal curing). Limited toughness: Moderate toughness but not suitable for high-impact or high-stress applications. UV sensitivity: As a photopolymer, it may degrade under prolonged UV exposure without proper coating or protection. Viscosity: Relatively high viscosity (276 cps @ 30°C) may require careful handling during printing.
Recommended description
UFSH220 is a high-temperature UV-curable resin for SLA 3D printing, offering exceptional heat resistance (HDT > 220°C) and excellent mechanical properties. It combines high stiffness (4321 MPa flexural modulus) with moderate toughness, along with superior accuracy and surface quality. This material is especially recommended for applications requiring thermal stability and precision, such as wind tunnel components, impellers, motor parts, and rapid tooling. It is optimized for fast, easy processing on large-format SLA printers.
