Reason of pending review: stamp hole size smaller than min 0.45 mm/ hole spacing is under 0.35 mm

Suggestion:

1: Design stamp holes according to the standard requirements: 0.45 mm hole size and 0.35 mm hole spacing
2: It would be better to design at least 4-5 stamp holes per tab-routing
