drills are not matched with pads

Reason of pending review: The drills are not matched with their pads, usually holes should be corresponding with their pads, Please confirm if the files are correct or not.

Suggestion: usually the drills should be matched with the pads in yellow color in the same location, just like the other pads and drills in the design.
