Data shows that most “delays” were caused by misunderstandings of the 24-Hour Express.

1. First of all, define PCBWay's 24-Hour Express Service. The time span is from the start of production to the completion of production. It is worth noting that this time is not counted from the time of your payment.

2. Payment should be made before 18:00 (GMT+8), or production arrangements will be postponed by one day.

3. For major holidays, PCBWay will announce the holiday schedule at least half a month in advance. To avoid impacting your express order, please pay attention to the notifications at the top of the homepage and our social media: Facebook (@pcbway), Instagram (@pcbway), and Twitter (@pcbwayofficial) to arrange your order schedule accordingly.

4. After-sale warranty: If your express order fails to be completed on time, PCBWay will unconditionally issue a refund.
