PIC-PG2C is low cost serial port programmer for 8, 18, 28 and 40 pin PIC microcontrollers. The programmer doesn’t need external power supply and takes all necessary signals and power from RS232 port This programmer does not support all PICs uC.

Note: The connector J3 has three pins, no.1 has a square pad; if you want to program a uC with 28 or 40 pins you will need to put a jumper on

pins no.1 and no.2. For an uC with 8, 14, 18 pins you have to move the jumper on pins no.2 and no.3. An 16 pins uC will not work with this board, with some adapters might work. This programmer changes the power supply from J2 according to the selected device (8 - 18 Pins) or (28 - 40 Pins), from jumpers. So in case it is not set correctly the jumper according to capsule type of uC, risk of destruction the device is very high.
