How do I get a coupon back?

If you receive a full refund on an order used with Cash coupon (Account Balance) will be returned to you.

If you receive a full refund on an order used with coupon will be returned to you while they are still valid.

However, please note that if you receive a full refund on an order used with a Discount Coupons, the Discount Coupons will not be returned to you.
