PROJECT MANAGER
Project manager is the soul of the entire project, planning the complete project process as a whole, and effectively implementing the various clauses in the contract to ensure the orderly and complete progress of the entire project.
The work of the project manager can be divided into three stages: before production, during production, and after production. Responsibilities: Enterprise filing and review of manufacturability, project registration and review, price summary, project progress tracking, actual project completion status, adjustment of delivery plan, confirmation of delivery quantity, confirmation of delivered product quantity and output value, and optimization of the plan.
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
They are in charge of managing communications with Manufacturing factory to ensure your exact design and project specifications are communicated accurately. They will work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure you receive quality projects, on time.
Responsibilities: Product reliability analysis, manufacturing process analysis , Development quality control, material quality control mold review, design, acceptance, structural part test, PCBA function test, component confirmation, process evaluation and formulation.
QUALITY CONTROL
To ensure project quality, Quality Control Engineers will conduct quality assessment of your products at the factory and will also be in charge of organizing the First Article Inspection report as well as any other quality inspection reports requested.
Responsibilities: incoming inspection, pull up spot checks , Finished product inspection (control during production and processing and statistics/analysis of process data) including Incoming Inspector (IQC), Process Inspector (IPQC), Final Inspector (FQC), Outgoing Inspection (OQC).
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Our production engineers are trained manufacturing experts that provide manufacturability feedback on your designs during the quoting stage.
Responsibilities: manufacturability feedback, capacity ramping, cost optimization, production efficiency and quality improvement WIP control, scrap control, equipment utilization.
