How to do with SMT order problem after receiving boards?

1.Feedback to our after-sales department in time and supply the pictures and video to us at first time.

2.It is better that you can analysis the reason of problem to help us to solve problem soon.

3.If it is problem related to parts, it is better to descrip the parts with designator for easy checking.

PS: Please do not repair the problems PCBs before sending us pictures/video or confirm

the real reason of problems with us. As it may be hard for our engineer to confirm the real reason of problem after repairing.
