On our design page, there are three types of design to choose from.

PCB Layout

If you already have a schematic file, you can select the PCB Layout design category. Our design team will convert your schematic into a complete set of production-ready design files.

To help minimize your design costs, please upload your schematic source files (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, KiCad) if available. If an NDA must be signed before you can share the files, kindly contact your sales representative to complete the NDA process before uploading.

When schematics are provided in PDF or image formats, the component part numbers may sometimes be unclear. To avoid delays and ensure accuracy, please also provide a complete BOM file in such cases. The BOM should include at least the component part numbers, package types, and quantities.

Please note that our PCB layout service does not typically include verification of the schematic’s correctness. Any issues within the schematic may therefore carry over into the layout files. If you would like us to review your schematic for potential errors, please indicate this in your order notes. A schematic review service is available for an additional fee, and may also affect the project timeline.

PCB Design

The PCB Design category covers the full development process, including schematic design, PCB layout, software design, enclosure design, prototyping, and testing. If your project needs to be developed from the ground up, please choose the PCB Design category.

To help us deliver the most suitable design solution, please clearly describe your project’s functions, intended applications, and environmental requirements. If you already have a functional block diagram, you are welcome to upload it as well, as this will help us gain a clearer understanding of your project.

You are also welcome to indicate your target final product price in your project requirements. Our team will consider this during component selection and overall design to help align the final product with your cost expectations.

If you already have the software, we can load it onto the board at no additional cost. Please note that we cannot verify the functionality or correctness of the software. To avoid potential issues, ensure your software has been fully tested before submission.

Please note that PCB Design services do not include source files by default. Obtaining source files is optional and only recommended if you plan future updates or iterations. If you would like to receive the design source files, you may select the option at an additional cost. If source files are not necessary, we recommend leaving this option unchecked to help minimize your project costs.

Mechanical/Enclosure Design

If you need enclosures for your components, PCBs, or other parts, or require the design of specialized tools, please choose the Mechanical/Enclosure Design category.

When designing enclosures for your components, please provide precise information on the required dimensions. If there are specific requirements for heat dissipation or structural stability, be sure to indicate them, as these factors influence material selection and the overall enclosure design. If you have files for internal components and PCB layouts, please upload them as well, as this helps us accurately determine the enclosure’s dimensions and structure. Technical drawings can also be uploaded to provide a clearer understanding of your project. Providing detailed information upfront helps avoid delays and ensures design accuracy.

For enclosure designs, if you have precise tolerance specifications or any other special requirements, please make sure to indicate them when submitting your order. Please note that such requirements may affect both the project cost and delivery time. This ensures that the final design meets your requirements.
