Z80Bus VDP Video Display Processor
J4 to select the base IO address. 0x80 - 0xBF
The TMS9929 can directly connect to an TV with YPbPr input. Signal is PAL. For NTSC use TMS9928
Y (Green): Carries the black-and-white brightness (luminance) information.
Pb (Blue): Carries the blue color difference signal.
Pr (Red): Carries the red color difference signal
The output resistors might need changing if the picture is to dark or to light.
The crystal Y3 should be : 10.738635 according to the manual.
