The Ultimate MIDI Sound & Interface Card for the Amstrad CPC

This is just sharing the project from https://github.com/lambdamikel/BluePillCPC – all credit goes to the original designer, Michael Wessel (LambdaMikel).

The card plugs into the Amstrad CPC 464/6128 expansion port (MX4 compatible). An STM32 Blue Pill handles the Z80 I/O requests entirely in firmware, with a single GAL22V10 as address decoder. It hosts a Serdashop S2, X2GS, EWave or QWave Waveblaster-style General MIDI module, plus an Adafruit MIDI FeatherWing for standard DIN MIDI IN and OUT.

An 8-way DIP switch routes MIDI between the CPC, the synth module and the DIN ports, and can mix the synth audio into the CPC speaker. The card also works as a standalone GM sound module or MIDI thru box. It is fully through-hole and DIY friendly; use the component values from the README BOM, not the schematic.
