TL494/594 based MOSFET / IGBT Power Driver Module
This Design dates back to 2022 and was done out of the necessity to have a Generic TL494/594 Module with a dedicated Onboard MOSFET / IGBT Driver Chip for my further High and Low Voltage Power Supply Designs.
I made a fast Test mount on a Breadboard, to show you its Functionality on the Scope by utilizing the DTC feature and the Frequency Control. Its a quite small Module that Saves me a lot of real-estate on the Power Supply PCB bcs it's mounted Vertical and of course it saves me Design Time.
