Rotary Encoder Substitutes USB Mouse Scroll Wheel and Buttons Functionality, without a Mouse!

Another Design that I made a while back, bcs I needed Mouse Scroll Wheel and Mouse button Functionality via USB, in fewer words, I needed only a Part of the Functionality of a Standard USB wired Mouse.

So I Designed exactly that using a PAW3512DK Specialized Mouse Chip seen in the Video.
