THE BEST SIMPLEST HFSSTC🔥⚡ SINGLE MOSFET !
This is my best solid state tesla coil circuit ( SSTC )
I consider this the best Tesla coil on the internet taking into account how compact, cheap and easy to make it is.
I use a flat Tesla coil (pancake) but this circuit can be used in any conventional Tesla coil of any size. ( secondary coil )
The components are really few and very cheap, they can be found anywhere.
The pulses/interruption of the coil is controllable through 2 50k potentiometers, in addition with these we will regulate the width of the coil rays since 1 of them is in charge of the (DUTY CYCLE)
Use original and quality components including the Mosfet and 555 otherwise your coil will burn out instantly or will not produce the power it should.
Be careful when connecting it, this coil uses 5v dc for the 555 and from 24v to the voltage that your mosfet allows, I recommend using irf640n as in my case, which with 125v gives the results that can be seen in photos and videos, however we could use up to 180v safely because the maximum voltage of the irf640 is 200v.
This circuit, another reason why I consider it the best on the internet, is that by using alternating current voltage, the mosfet does not heat up and becomes much more efficient and powerful.
Finally, I must clarify that to adapt this circuit to your coil you will find the 10k precision potentiometer, I recommend first testing this coil with 24v and no more than 2 amps at the first start, thus, live, you can vary the potentiometer until the spark comes out in your coil which indicates that it is already calibrated and once this is done, gradually increase the voltage while at the same time adjusting the potentiometer since at a higher voltage the frequency should be calibrated again
