This project presents the development of a smart electronic scale specifically designed for weighing meat products, including refrigerated or frozen items. The system integrates a high-precision load cell amplifier (HX711) for force measurement and a non-contact infrared temperature sensor (MLX90615) to monitor surface temperature. A dual-microcontroller architecture is used: the STM32 handles sensor acquisition and signal processing, while the ESP32-C3 provides Bluetooth and Wi-Fi communication capabilities.

The addition of temperature measurement is critical for cold chain monitoring and food safety, ensuring that meat is not only weighed accurately but also evaluated for its thermal condition during handling and storage. This compact and wireless solution can be applied in butcher shops, industrial food processing, and smart retail environments where real-time data access is essential.
