Description
Hardware Encoder Debounce Board

I needed a universal solution for debouncing cheap decoders, this board does just that. Vdd can be 3.3V to max Vdd of your MCU (I tested it to 8V). The output rising edge is very fast--at my fastest scope setting it still looked like a vertical line.
You may also consider downloading the Kicad file and use the layout to drop into your encoder design. Have Fun!
