# Laser Sprint BLE Photogate PCB v1.0

This is the custom PCB for Laser Sprint, an open-source ESP32-C3 wireless photogate timing system designed for high-precision sprint splits and real-time speed monitoring on Garmin smartwatches.

What is included on the PCB:

• ESP32-C3 Main Controller: Integrated RISC-V processor with low-latency Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 5.0) broadcasting.
• TF-Luna LiDAR Interface: High-speed UART connector for precise ToF distance tracking.
• Power & Sleep Control: Onboard USB-C LiPo charging, power gating, and 2-second button hold for deep sleep ON/OFF.
• RGB LED Indicator: Visual feedback for USB-C battery charging, power status, and real-time LiDAR trigger detection.
• Compact Form Factor: Custom layout designed to fit 3D-printable enclosures with standard 1/4" tripod mounts.

Current status:

Fully fabricated, assembled, and field-tested in real-world track training with Garmin devices.
