This is my first project using KiCAD for EDA instead of Autodesk Eagle.

I wanted to see if I had the entire toolchain set up correctly and if I could end up with a useful Synthesizer Euro module designed entirely with KICAD EDA.

It worked! This is a fully functional "ADSR" (Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release) envelope generator. It has a range switch for "snappy" (short) or "dreamy" (longer) envelopes.

FABRICATION:

• You will need two boards for the project: main PCB (which includes provisions for pots and jacks) and a Eurorack spec front panel.
• if you are ordering the front panel from PCBWAY, I suggest checking "for an extra $1.50 do not include a project code"
• I created my front panel in black with White silks--colors are up to you.
• Main board extensively uses 1206 SMD and SOIC parts. Not too hard to solder, but perhaps not for beginners.
