1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Dear PCBWay Team,

We are Reincarnated Devils, a student STEM Racing team from India competing in the STEM Racing India Regional Championship in 2027.

STEM Racing is much more than a racing competition. It combines engineering, CAD design, computational analysis, manufacturing, project management, marketing, enterprise, sponsorship, and presentation into one highly competitive student engineering environment.

Our objective is to build a team and race car that represent not only speed, but also engineering excellence, innovation, creativity, and professional presentation.

As we prepare for our upcoming Regional Championship, we are looking to establish partnerships with companies that share our passion for engineering and advanced manufacturing.

This is where we believe PCBWay would be an exceptional fit.

We would like to propose a technical sponsorship partnership with PCBWay, specifically supporting the manufacturing of a 3D-printed scale model of our STEM Racing car for our competition pit display.

In exchange for PCBWay's manufacturing support, we would provide prominent PCBWay branding across our car, pit display, promotional material, and digital presence, while actively presenting PCBWay as our 3D Printing & Advanced Manufacturing Partner.

4. WHY WE ARE APPROACHING PCBWAY

Modern engineering is no longer limited to traditional manufacturing.

3D Printing → Rapid Prototyping → Digital Manufacturing → CAD → Simulation → Iteration

have completely changed the way engineers develop products.

PCBWay is a company operating within this modern manufacturing ecosystem.

This makes PCBWay particularly relevant to our STEM Racing project.

We want our pit display to demonstrate the entire engineering journey of our car — from a digital CAD model to a physical manufactured object.

A professionally 3D-printed scale model would allow visitors and judges to physically see our engineering work.

Instead of simply showing screenshots of our CAD design, we want to place a real manufactured representation of our car directly inside our pit display.

5. OUR PROPOSED PARTNERSHIP

We would like to request PCBWay's support in manufacturing a 3D-printed scale model of our STEM Racing car.

The model would be used exclusively as part of our official STEM Racing pit display and promotional activities.

The purpose of the model is to:

Demonstrate our CAD and engineering work.

Create a physical centerpiece for our pit display.

Show students and visitors how digital engineering becomes a physical product.

6. WHAT WE ARE REQUESTING FROM PCBWAY

We would like to request sponsorship in the form of:

The final model would be used as a centerpiece within our pit display.
