VKing revamp 3d printer - Stwfan
Inspiration
The original VKing 3d printer was released by Roy Berntsen but it got discontinued in Mar-14-2021.
So, I contacted him if I can take over the project and he agreed. Thank you Roy.
Team
As in the current team that is taking over the project is Me and I.
For the moment I don't have any help, but I am willing to work with other people to help me on this journey.
I am not an engineer. I am just a 17y old boy from Romania who likes to thinker with 3d printers and cnc's.
Workspace

This is the place where I build everything. It is in the same room as where I sleep.
Here is also the place where I have in mind to build the VKing.
I have all of the tools I need because I work together with my dad in mounting security systems, so I bought all of the tools I need, and they are more than enough for this project.
On the left of the picture, you can see my ender 3 pro. The printer that got me in this stuff. It is an ok printer, I love it, but it is kind of slow and this is what motivated me to do this project.
The 3d printer
It is goanna be a core xy 3d printer based on the ender 3 pro and the VKing. I have a couple of parts, but I don't have all of them. That's why I decided to contact you guys. Anything will help at this point, and I hope you guys can help me to make my hobby a real company at a point.
The extruder is goanna be an original ender k1; it will use the original ender 3 pro psu, mb and motors; the frame will have some more extrusions so the core xy parts will actually fit.
Because it is the first revision it will be smaller than Roy intended but, when the project is not just goanna be a prototype it will be the same dimensions as the original one.

This is a 3d model of the original design witch my version is based on.
All of the parts are goanna be open source on my GitHub page and I promise that it will remain like that until the project is abandoned and the page is goanna be taken down.
After I am done with the prototype, I am goanna code a custom slicer that will have the best setting for all 3 of my designs.
Yes, I said 3 because I am planning to make 3 models (VKing revamp, light and MAX).
All of the plastic parts are goanna be 3d printed.
The color scheme is goanna be white and yellow; the aluminum parts are goanna be white and the plastic one yellow. I decided with this color scheme because I love the color yellow on dewalt products (from where I bought most of my tools) and white looks soo premium. I am goanna test multiple types of paints and type of filaments to see which ones resist the most on the worst possible scenarios.

This is my 3d model of the V0.1 of the VKing revamp and it is decently not goanna be like that when I reales V1.0 .
I want to make the printer as affordable as I can because the whole idea of this printer is to get the best performance for the least amount of money.
If anyone except PCBWay sees this post, I really hope to get a comment from you about your opinion if I should make the bed to move or if I should just make it stand still.
And I didn't misspell my name in the title. My name is Stefan, but I like to go by Stwfan13 cause at the age of 13 I started to thinker with electronics and I just like how Stwfan sounds.
Final
I hope you guys can collaborate with me even with some parts or some store credit so I can buy some of the parts from here.
I am Stwfan13 and thank you for your time.
