I am writing to you as the Team Lead and Chief Car Designer for Team Celox, under MBZUAI, a student engineering team competing in the globally recognized Stem Racing programme. We are engineering a miniature Formula 1 car from the ground up, and we are looking for a world-class fabrication partner to help us bring our most advanced CAD designs to the track.

We have followed PCBWay’s incredible work within the maker and student engineering communities. Because our current design heavily relies on advanced aerodynamics and micro-tolerances, PCBWay is the exact manufacturing partner we need to achieve our target track times.

Through extensive CFD analysis and mechanical testing, we have developed a highly optimized, low-friction fixed-axle setup,the standard for top-tier competitive teams. To execute this, we need to transition from basic prototyping to professional-grade manufacturing. Specifically, we are looking to source:

12x Custom Wheels machined in PEEK (chosen for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and low friction).

12x Custom Fixed Aluminium Axles (CNC machined to precise tolerances).

Select Aerodynamic Components (manufactured via SLS/MJF for optimal surface finish and structural integrity).

We are seeking an in-kind manufacturing sponsorship or a partnership discount to help us procure these crucial components.

In our 2nd year of competing, we have already broken the top 20 barrier, and are looking to push that further with your expertise.
