Shadow-ESC:World's smallest high power ESC

Hi there I'm Knockoi I'm an engineer with a passion for challenges. Now I will be using this project to build the world's smallest electric skateboard ESC.

I used to see videos of electric skateboards all the time, which got me interested in the project, so I got into building my first electric skateboard, and during the process of building it I found out that the materials were very expensive, I spent a long time in advance of my pocket money to build my first one, which was mediocre in appearance but very expensive, and although the kit was easy to assemble the shell to mount it, I was most skeptical of the VESC, as I calculated some of the materials above! The price is cheap, but the VES is very expensive, I used MAKERBASE's VESC price compared to other very cheap ones, it is still very expensive, the unit price is above 2000NT. And then there is the installation part, because the plug and PCB design makes it very difficult to install and organize the wiring, so finally I planned to make my own VESC, read all the information and found that FOCBOX TENKA is a good example, so I started to design it, and then finally I saw Benjamin's (the author of the VESC) VESC 60HD ultra-compact design, which instantly made me! I found the motivation for the challenge! So I designed this super high power Shadow-ESC, the size of a credit card, and now I have completed the design of the PCB body (in the process of optimization) and the design of the enclosure.

The results so far are just missing the outer shell!!!! The pictures are as follows-------->

The shadow ESC body in the picture is the size of a credit card!!!!

The reference can be compared to the MR-60 interface.

The unit is in centimeters.

This is a newly designed control board, I made an innovation to separate the motor control and the main control board, if the motor control explodes, it can be replaced.

I really need sponsorship to bring this beast to life in its entirety, and to do so I'll send two ESCs to !!!! if I get sponsorship.

Configuration.

Dual Control

Specification of the single circuit.

Voltage:3S~12S(12V~60V)

Current: 50A~200A (data calculation untested, 20 Celsius)

Current Peak:300A(Data calculation not tested)

Same specification as V6.7 MK-5, but with 1.5 times buffer in current.

This is the first time I've made a feature, and I'm going to make a video to go on YT later.

I'm hoping to get a PCBWAY sponsorship to help me create a PCB for Shadow ESC, hopefully the project will go well!!!!

In the future, I hope to push Shadow ESC to all ESK8 players for better assembly experience, and I hope to make progress together with PCBway through mass production in the future.

PCBWay's support will enable us to develop more efficient and effective ESCs and will allow us to take our ESCs to the next level. We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with PCBWay and realize our goals through their support.
