Quadruped Power Distribution Board
Here is the power distribution board for the Rutgers Dynamics Quadruped, an open source robotics-based club. This board is designed to power 12 unitree motors at 24 volts, providing reverse current protection, voltage protection, 24 to 12 V conversion, 12 to 5 V conversion, and voltage clamping. This design is a part of a much larger design of our club's first quadruped robot, which we hope to open source.

There are 4 6s LiPo inputs into a 24 V power bus, which is used to power the 12 BLDC motors in the quadruped, the board is a multirail design, providing regulates voltage at 24 V, 12 V, and 5V to power actuators, a Jetson nano, and peripherals. This board includes individual battery inputs with reverse polarity protection, as well as Ideal-diode MOSFET control for reverse current protection. Voltage clamps are provided for transient voltage and surge supression, and this is a 4 layer board using copper pours at 2 oz.
To be used in conjuction with seperste Battery Management board, which is an stm32 based design that provides voltage monitoring and cell balancing.
To further test this board, sponsorship is needed for fabrication.
