PID controller for DC pump, ST micro Arduino SW

The project is about building from scratch a water pressure regulator for a DC pump, based on ST micro in Arduino environment. PCB made with KI-CAD 10. Sensor will be a 4-20 mA probe, SW will be PID based with OLED display. Also some extra optoinsulated I/O and LEDs for status will be delivered.

Going on... Addedand I2C expansion connector, added also over voltage protection.

Next steps:

Review the connections, add spark gaps, add components values.


Added components (mosfets) to increase flexibility so you can choose what best fits, input voltage measurement and status LEDs.


And ... routing is completed !

However, since it would make it easier & cheaper to self-made I've prepared a 2 layer version with some changes, so it is more flexible:



If some feature are required just ask, otherwise I'll go for ordering the PCBs
