Night-Fury II

We are a team of student onrolled in a French Engineering school IPSA, passionate about space field. Our organization Aero-ipsa, has build over 40 rocket since 1992. Each year, we offer our member the opportunity to take part of ambitious projects, to learn beyond the scholar lectures, to work in teams with others students or companies. 

Since 2016, we have the ambition to create this experimental rocket, which will be launched in July 2018 during the launch compaign competition organized by the french aerospace agency.

The main objective of the rocket is the deloyment of a glider module at the culmination point after separating the lower stage. The rocket is made of two different parts. The first stage is the propulsion part, ejected while the second part transforms into a plane.

The electronic case will be composed of several pcb with sensors and actuators to control as many parameters as possible such as Roll, Yaw, Pitch. While, the mechanics and the pcb are produced we are developping our own telemetry system.
