My 12lb bot

As you’ve seen the image above, this is my 12 pound combat robot. The chassis will be made of 7757 aluminum. Hopefully it is light enough and strong enough to take a decent hit from other robots the chase should weigh about 5 pounds including the upright for the weapon it’s a very compact and lightweight chassis

my weapon will be 4 1/2 pounds AR 500 steel. It is a semi asymmetric bar, kind of inspired by bite force and another 12 pound comet robot by the name of queen of hearts. should be able to pack a blow while still not being too heavy is is also very compact

I will also have two wedges in front made of AR 500 or titanium to help protect and also allow the front wheels to be attached and therefore make it a four-wheel-drive via a belt

electronics wise, I’ll be using high-quality brushless repeat robotics motors. These motors were made specifically for 12 pound combat robot will also be very durable and compact. Il

for driving these brushless repeat robotics motors. I will be using a dual brushless repeat robotics dual ESE

for the weapon motor, I will be using a turning XK3674 1900 KV brushless inrunner motor and power this motor I will be using a 120 amp ESC

altogether, these things will be powered by two Lipo batteries a forest for the drive and a 6S for the weapon and altogether I believe this robot will be very competitive
