My project is a combat robot, designed to compete in the national robot combat competition and eventually aim for international events like BattleBots. I decided to build this robot because of my deep passion for robotics and engineering, and my desire to push the boundaries of what’s possible in robotic combat. I’ve always been fascinated by the mechanics behind combat robots and wanted to create one that could compete at the highest level, combining cutting-edge technology and my own innovations.

How Does It Work?

The robot consists of several key components that allow it to perform well in combat:

Chassis: The chassis is built to withstand impact and provide a durable platform for all other components.

Movement Mechanism: The movement system has been carefully designed to ensure smooth and precise control, allowing the robot to maneuver efficiently during battles.

Weapon System: My weapon system has been specially designed for high cutting power. I modified a car starter motor to drive the weapon, but it still needs further optimization for greater RPM and efficiency. The weapon is currently capable of spinning at high speeds but needs better power to achieve maximum cutting force.

Power System: I am currently looking for support to obtain brushless motors and ESCs to increase the robot’s performance, especially for the weapon.

Why Did I Decide to Make It?

I decided to take on this project because I wanted to showcase my skills and knowledge in robotics while competing in a challenging field. I’ve previously participated in local competitions and gained valuable experience, but this project is my biggest one yet. By creating a high-performance robot, I aim to inspire others and push the limits of what’s possible in robotics and engineering in Tunisia.
