Inline Filament Dryer
The idea came from frustration.
After spending hours preparing a 3D print, I kept ending up with weak, stringy parts, all because my filament had absorbed moisture. Drying it in an oven or dryer worked, but waiting hours before every print was annoying.
One day I thought, why not dry the filament while printing?
That’s how the concept for the Inline Filament Dryer was born, a compact system that removes moisture from the filament as it’s being used, so you can start printing immediately with perfectly dry material.
What started as a small annoyance turned into a project I’m really proud of, designed to make 3D printing faster, easier, and more reliable.
Inside the device, the filament passes through a chamber heated by a PTC heater. Simultaneously, dry air flows through silica gel, removing moisture as the filament moves toward the extruder. The result is a continuous drying process that keeps the filament dry throughout the entire print.

By supporting this project, your company would help bring a fresh idea to life that directly benefits the global maker community.
