HyperHawk, the flagship hyperloop team of Yeditepe Automotive, is a group of dedicated engineers pushing the boundaries of high-speed transportation. Our journey is defined by a relentless pursuit of innovation, supported by a proven track record of excellence in one of the world's most challenging engineering stages: Teknofest.

Our Legacy of Excellence

Over the past few years, our team has consistently stood on the podium, proving the reliability and sophistication of our designs:

2022: Awarded 2nd Place in the Teknofest Hyperloop Development Competition.

2023: Secured 3rd Place in the same category.

2025: Honored with the prestigious "Thrust System Development Award", recognizing our breakthrough work in propulsion technology.

The Teknofest Challenge

The Teknofest Hyperloop Development Competition is not just a race; it is a rigorous technical evaluation. Teams must design a capsule capable of navigating a 208-meter vacuum tunnel. The competition evaluates:

Vacuum Compatibility: Systems must operate flawlessly under low-pressure conditions.

Magnetic Levitation & Guidance: Minimizing friction through advanced electromagnetics.

Propulsion: Achieving high speeds using Linear Induction Motors (LIM).

Autonomous Control: High-speed data processing and real-time sensor fusion to ensure safety and stability.

Our Current Mission: The DLIM & Levitation Project

For the 2025-2026 season, we are focusing on our most ambitious upgrade yet. We are developing a Double-Sided Linear Induction Motor (DLIM) and custom Levitation Electromagnets. These systems require high-performance, high-reliability PCBs to handle complex power electronics and precise sensor feedback.

By partnering with PCBWay, we aim to integrate industrial-grade circuitry into our capsule, ensuring that HyperHawk remains at the forefront of hyperloop R&D in Turkey. Our goal is not just to compete, but to set the standard for the next generation of sustainable, ultra-high-speed transit.
