First Tech Challenge #12993 Maryland Tech Invitational Robot
Hello! I'm Harrison, I'm 15 years old and the lead engineer in FTC Team 12993 Robokings Aurum, a school-based robotics team.
robotics is my passion, im inspiring to become a mechatronics engineer and learning as much as i can along the way!
This project is our MTI submission robot called Nebulon, built for the 2025 - 26 season named Decode. Played in a 2v2, this robot is designed to complete a challenge of intaking Plastic balls named Artefacts, sorting them to match a mosaic which is randomly chosen at the start of each round and score as many balls as possible within the 2 minutes and 30 seconds of match time by launching them into a goal zone.

Bill of materials:
while we can manufacture most of the components we need, its apparent that we are being severely bottlenecked in various ways. From this sponsorship we would like to request a few parts such as brass flywheel inserts to help reduce our spin up time (delay between shots) for our shooter mechanism and carbon fiber plates to replace our flimsy MDF prototypes
Thanks so much for your consideration!
Harrison
