BitDragons - Mini Sumo Robot

Founded in 2022, BitDragons is a passionate team of high school students that has quickly distinguished itself in both national and international competitions.

One of our newest projects is a mini sumo robot, designed to compete in upcoming global events such as RoboChallenge and Fibonacci Olympiad, each bringing together participants from over 30 countries. What makes our design stand out are its extendable blades,gear system, and a custom PCB designed to maximize performance and efficiency.

The PCB uses MIMXRT1062DVL6A ARM Cortex for processing and four MP6615GQKT-P double H bridges for controlling all the DC motors that are used in the project. The PCB also features reverse polarity protection, a USB type C for programming, buttons for strategy selection and offers the posibility to connect up to 13 sensors!

The team would greatly benefit from the support of PCBWay. As a team dedicated to pushing our limits, fact demonstrated by all the awards from the last years, we face challenges in sourcing and manufacturing parts within our budget and timeline.
