Design Overview:
The breakout board is designed to keep the wiring structure simple and organized. The Xiao NRF52840 module is placed centrally on the PCB to allow convenient access to the GPIO pins from both sides. The main design in this project is the NRF52840 module. The NRF52840 module controls the full board.
The PCB traces are routed carefully to reduce unnecessary complexity and improve overall board readability. Mounting holes are also included for secure installation inside enclosures or embedded systems. Mainly used in wearable devices, BLE devices, IoT system, battery powered system, Tiny ML system. The main advantage of this board design is extremely compact, low power, BLE integrated, battery friendly, and wearable ready.
Project Development Steps:
Step 1: Project Planning
In the first project we ensure that it is user -friendly with the Xiao NRF52840 module. The goal was to provide easy GPIO access along with battery power support for portable embedded applications

Step 2: Schematic Design
The schematic was created in EasyEDA by connecting the Xiao NRF52840 module pins with the required power lines and battery connector interface. Proper pin mapping was maintained for reliable connectivity and easy hardware integration.
Step 3: Component Placement
After completing the schematic, all components were placed carefully on the PCB layout. We ensure that all components are fitted in the suitable place. The Xiao NRF52840 module was positioned centrally to provide balanced access to both sides of the GPIO pins, while the battery connector was placed separately for convenient power connection.
Step 4: PCB Routing
