Description
A compact MPU6050-based accelerometer and gyroscope module designed for motion sensing, balancing robots, gesture detection, vibration monitoring, and IoT applications.
Project Motivation
Motion sensing technology is widely used in modern electronics and automation systems. Applications such as self-balancing robots, drone stabilization, gesture recognition, and industrial monitoring require accurate motion data and orientation tracking.
While many MPU6050 breakout boards are available commercially, this custom design was created to achieve a more compact layout, optimized component placement, and improved integration flexibility for custom hardware projects.
This project also demonstrates practical experience in Embedded Software Development Services, including sensor interfacing, I2C communication, firmware development, and embedded system integration.

Working Principle
The MPU6050 continuously measures acceleration and angular velocity along the X, Y, and Z axes. The accelerometer detects linear motion and tilt, while the gyroscope measures rotational movement.
Sensor data is transmitted through the I2C interface to a host microcontroller where it can be processed for motion tracking, orientation estimation, balancing algorithms, and vibration analysis.
