necessary parts :

U1 : m29w320xx flashchip or other in same family

U2 : 3.3v regulator

c1 and c2 = 10 uf 0805 capacitor

c3 and c4 : 100 nf 0402 capacitor

R1 to R10 : 100 ohms ''101'' 0603 resistor in 4x1 form factor.

i suggest order them with assembly service , bom and pick and place file are attached
