An snes flashcard , 4mb max , 32ko sram max , compatible with sanni card reader , you can erase , program , and erase it again with it ^^.

the pcb can be set in lorom or hirom by bridge the according pads on the ''front side ''

you can use flashchip MX29LV320/MX29L3211 or MX29F1610 in sop-44 by bridge the according pads too

the 2 first are 4mb and 3.3v flash

for people who dont want use a 3.3v in their console , the mx29f1610 is a 5v flashchip , but 2mo max only , if you put it the ams 1117 regulator and the 2 10uf capacitor are not needed. ( it have pads for bypass it and send 5v on the 3v3 line of the pcb )

you can configure the sram size with an switch , 256kb ( 32ko ) 64kb ( 8ko ) or 16kb ( 2ko ) , the number to put ON are writted on the pcb.

if you dont want put a switch it have small pads to bridge.

needed parts:

1x flashchip MX29LV320/MX29L3211 or MX29F1610 in SOP-44

1x sram LY62256SL-70LLI or another with same pinout and low power standby in SOP-28

1x switch 1.27mm smd 8 pins ( optionnal for configure the sram size , if you dont want put it you can bridge the small pads )

1x 74hc139 in SOP-16

2x 1n5817 diodes

1x cr2032 battery , you can use a socket if you want

1x bc847 transitor

1x 22uf 1206 smd capacitor

2x 10uf 1206 smd capacitor ( for 3.3v flashchip )

1x ams 1117 3.3v regulator ( for 3.3v flashchip )

5x 100nf 1206 smd capacitors

1x 100uf 1206 smd capacitor ( optionnal ) , 47uf or 22uf fine too , with an 100uf sram can keep the save few minutes without battery.

1x pic 12f629 or 12f675 in soic programmed with supercic HEX in SOIP-8

2x 10k 1206 smd resistor

2x 1k 1206 smd resistor

need order pcb in ENIG ( minimum ) and 1.2mm thickness

NOT 1.6mm VERY IMPORTANT

the board is 4 layers
