Description
Commodore 64 and 128 (C64 / C128) RF modulator replacement
Inspired by projects from c0pperdragon, mbarszcz-pcb, tebl and VGP. It fits any kind of commodore 64 and 128 and replaces the RF modulator.
it provides a very crisp image in SVIDEO and COMPOSITE yet does not eliminate jail bars.
it is based on THS7316. Tested on 5V and UNREG 9V RF modulators from short and longboards.
It does not affect the audio performance and the original DIN port remains valid.
For reducing jail bars:
C64 short board: Adding 560pF ceramic capacitor between pin 16 (AEC) of the 8565 VIC-II chip and ground.
C128: To connect 560pF capacitor between any clock pin (18 and 23) and ground on the 8566 chip.

Note: The board has a solder jumper. Leave it open for 5V VIC-II chip (C64 short board and C128). Solder the bridge when a 12V VIC-II is used (C64 long board).
