you can flash it with gbxcart rw from insidegadget
need a 100uf capacitor 1206 smd

i personally use sst39sf040
you can too put a socket , for easily swap the chip , if socket version you can program it with eeprom programmer
if put socket order board at 0.8mm thickness enig
it without socket order board at 1mm thickness enig
with socket its very close in a game shell , but it fit and work
