RFQ Guidelines
Customers rely on PCBWay for quality products delivered quickly. We know in order to be
the best, we have to do more. Our engineers, designers and production personnel deliver various
solutions that meet or exceed look, feel, function and build requirements. Below are some
helpful guidelines to use when submitting your Request for Quote.
Please note:
An RFQ form is provided for your convenience to provide details below. Please create an account
before using the RFQ form. Once you have created an account, you can securely send us design
files of any size and other important documents related to your project through our website.
CMF (Color, Material & Finish)
Information of the desired color, material and finish of each part should be
included in the RFQ in order to make the product to your
exact specifications. A copy of our CFM catalog is available upon request.
Supply of Samples and Inserting Parts
For more complex designs that require insertion of parts, please provide actual
samples and inserting parts. If these are not available, please provide a CAD file
of the parts with identical measurements to the originals.
Functional Prototype
For prototypes that require moving and functional parts, please provide detailed
explanations in order for us to determine the proper internal structures for your
prototypes.
Artwork
During the initial stages of work, artwork elements such as the view line, location
of camera, etc. are essential, and need to be provided.
Accessories
Please provide actual accessories such as wire hardware and other model samples and
adapters. If these are not available, please provide functional dimensions etc.

Collection and Use of Personal Information
Required Items (Minimal personal information is required for receiving and handling
questions, and replying to customers. Your acceptance to the information
requirements is required.)
