The $4 XTIDE - The cheapest way to get XT-IDE working on your vintage computer.
If you have a 286 or later computer, you most likely don't need a "real" XTIDE board. You can use this card along with your existing hard drive controller to get all the features of the XTIDE Universal Bios to control up to 8 hard drives.
