Description

SC-3000 GAME CART 48K - NOR FLASH 128K PLCC-32

This is a PCB specifically made to generate cartridges for the Sega SC-3000, SG-1000 and I believe also the Sega Mark III and Sega Master System (Japanese). It uses a standard 39SF010 128KB NOR FLASH in PLCC-32 format (only first 48KB are used). The 2x 0.1uF disc capacitors are the standard 25% tolerance 16V (even 25V) one used in almost all electronics of the time. GAME MEMORY MAP is $0000-$BFFF with 1 EPROM. The 74HCT08 AND port IC is used as negative OR to merge the /EXM2 ($0000-$7FFF) and the /EXM1 ($8000-$BFFF) signals.
