SC-3000 GAME CART 32K
This is a PCB specifically made to generate cartridges for the Sega SC-3000, SG-1000 and I believe also the Sega Mark III and Sega Master System (Japanese). It uses the standard 27C256 32KB EPROM. Nothing else is needed. The 0.1uF disc capacitor is the standard 25% tolerance 16V (even 25V) one used in almost all electronics of the time.
