Description

SC-3000 GAME CART 48K - EPROM 64K

This is a PCB specifically made to generate cartridges for the Sega SC-3000, SG-1000 and I believe also the Sega Mark III and Sega Master System (Japanese). It uses the standard 27C512 64KB EPROM (only first 48KB are used). The 2x 0.1uF disc capacitors are the standard 25% tolerance 16V (even 25V) one used in almost all electronics of the time. GAME MEMORY MAP is $0000-$BFFF with 1 EPROM. The 74HCT08 AND port IC is used as negative OR to merge the /EXM2 ($0000-$7FFF) and the /EXM1 ($8000-$BFFF) signals.
