10cm tall PCB trophy with blinking LEDs and customizable area. A good low-cost idea for a little award ceremony.

*This is only the 'trophy PCB', you need to order also the 'base PCB' to a full assembly.

You can order both PCBs with the same solder mask color, or you can choose a combination of colors. (You need to order both PCBs with a 1.6mm thickness).

You need to solder the trophy PCB to the base PCB using the 3 lower pads, following the 'F↓' and 'B↓' indications.

The 'base PCB' uses a 555 timer on astable configuration to turn on two leds at a time on each side of the 'trophy PCB', for approximately 750 milliseconds.

The 'base PCB' uses 4 LR44 batteries for physical stability and power supply, and an On/Off Switch.

Bill Of Materials:

Trophy PCB:

-D1, D2, D3, D4: XL-3528WWC warm white SMD LED (or similar with 3528 case).

Base PCB:

-BAT1, BAT2, BAT3, BAT4: LR44 button batteries (you need to solder the positive and negative sides with cables to the PCB).

-IC1: NE555DR SOIC8 timer.

-SW1: SS12D01-VG4 switch.

-C1: 100nF 0805 SMD Capacitor.

-C2: 47uF 1210 SMD Capacitor.

-R3: 1k 0805 SMD Resistor.

-R4: 10k 0805 SMD Resistor.

-R1, R2: 75R 0805 SMD Resistors.
