Multi Xilinx CPLD dev board
The Xilinx XC95 CPLDs might be obsolete but they are still a popular choice for developing custom solutions for retro computers, this board lets you work against a variety of different chips (or multiples) with access to all of the IO (except the JTAG pins which are dedicated to that purpose)
Power is via micro-USB (just power, no IO), each chip can be enabled independently and the IO to each chip can be switched between 5V and 3.3V (again independently)
There are other dev boards out there but they try to add too much, this board is no frills, just all the IO
