Interruptor óptico con apagado Automático utilizando Sensores Infrarrojo




Hace mucho  estaba interesado en realizar  un interruptor que no fuera mecánico, para que este no tuviera algún desgaste y fuera mas cómodo de usar.

Por ello e pasado varias semanas realizando diferentes pruebas y dise?ando  este circuito, aunque es la versión numero 1, su funcionamiento esta excelente!


Funcionamiento: Al pasar nuestra mano por el sensor de derecha a izquierda, el interruptor estará encendido (ON), al pasar la mano de izquierda a derecha el interruptor estará apagado (OFF). Cuando haya luz ambiente el interruptor se apagara automáticamente, si deseamos encender podremos utilizar el interruptor externo.


En este circuito utilizamos dos sensor infrarrojo el TCRT5000,  el interruptor funcionara para 12 V y tendrá apagado automático cuando hay luz ambiente, con el podremos alimentar nuestras tiras led o cualquier luz de 12 V que no supere un consume de 6 Amperes, debido a que la corriente máxima del TIP41C es de 6 A.



Materiales:


Decidí utilizar componentes muy comunes para este circuito, para que así, muchas personas puedan realizarlo y sea de fácil aplicación.  


  • 2 Sensores TCRT5000 (pueden utilizar  un fototransistor y un diodo infrarrojo individuales)
  • Transistor 2N2222A
  • Transistor TIP41C
  • SCR C106
  • Diodo led
  • 2 Resistencias 1.2K ohm
  • 2 Resistencias 1K ohm
  • 2 Resistencias 10K ohm
  • 1 Resistencia1 00K ohm
  • 1 Resistencias 100 ohm
  • 3 Bornera de 2 pines
  • 1 Interruptor
