The engines in the Fiat 850 family of cars were slightly canted. In order to keep the carburetor level, they canted the intake manifold in the opposite direction. The engines in the Fiat 600s were level. Swapping an engine from a Fiat 850 into a Fiat 600 is a popular upgrade, but because of the canted Fiat 850 intake manifold, this means that the carburetor will be tilted. There has been no solution to this problem until now.

I have created a modified stock Fiat 850 intake manifold for the Weber 30DIC carb for use in a Fiat 600. I have taken the cant out of the manifold so that it is now level. I have also removed all smog ports and the PCV. The outlet has been slightly enlarged 2mm in all directions where it meets the cylinder head (based on the Alquati manifold).

The mounting flanges are roughly 11mm, the plenum wall is 4mm and it is 61mm tall. You will need to tap the two smaller holes on top to insert studs.

Get it printed in aluminum, tap two holes in the top to mount the two studs, install it, and drive!
