Description

Gates Carbon Drive 55T Chainring for Bafang BBSHD and Alfine 8 Hub

This is a custom chain ring made specifically to fit Gates Carbon Drive on Bafang mid drive motors.

This adaption was specifically made to fit a belt drive on my Bullitt cargo bike with Bafang BBSHD and an Alfine 8 rear hub.

This hub has a chain line offset of 45,5mm and tested successfully with Alfine 8. I have read that the Alfine 11, Nexus 7/8 and Sturmey Archer should have the same chainline.

I have ridden this chainring on my Bullitt pulling some serious torque for a year now with no problem.
