Exelvision ROM Cartridge (32KB)
The French Exelvision computer from the 1980s was a bit of an oddity as it was the only computer to utilise the Texas Instruments TMS 7220 microcontroller for its CPU.
As with a lot of machines from the time it utilised a ROM cartridge system, including for its BASIC language - without the cartridge the machine was not usable.
I figured out the ROM pinout as the cartridge port was connected to a 2KB SRAM and the gate array.
I then designed two versions of the cartridge - this 256kbit version that can be used for a single 32KByte ROM, and a 4Mbit version that can hold 16 ROMs.
